Professional background & expertise
Marc Demoulin began his career in the fleet management sector in 1995 as a specialised journalist at MMM Business Media (publisher of Fleet & Business).
In 2001, he joined ARI Fleet Services, an international fleet management provider, where he spent more than 15 years building strong expertise in international fleet management.
He subsequently took on the role of Chief Editor at Link2Fleet, further deepening his understanding of the operational, logistical and strategic needs of companies operating vehicle fleets in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Since joining FIE, he has been responsible for defining and driving the Benelux strategy, overseeing the outsourcing of fleet and mobility services for a wide range of local and international clients — from listed multinational corporations to “hidden champions”.

- Integrated fleet & mobility management — in-depth knowledge of the full lifecycle: acquisition, financing, contracts, invoicing, maintenance, and the management of drivers and vehicles.
- Strategic consulting & cost optimisation — strong expertise in TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis, benchmarking and fleet steering to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Implementation of cloud-based fleet management systems — as a senior executive at FIE, he oversees the use of integrated digital solutions (fleet management software, process management, fine and accident handling, cost tracking, etc.).
- End-to-end support & customer service — on-site and online support, supplier coordination, contract management and operational and administrative follow-up to relieve clients from complexity and optimise company-wide mobility.
- International / multi-country vision — thanks to FIE’s global structure (present in 30 European countries and Latin America), he has extensive experience in cross-border deployments, cross-border leasing and harmonisation of fleet policies in a multilingual environment.
